I got my first ever  ps3 today ....But the problem is when i connect it with hdmi cable(brand new),i can only hear sound no picture,but it is working fine  with the composite cable which comes along with it....i tried it in different ports..my tv can handle 720p(hd ready).what might be the problem??please help..

You have to reset the video... Just hold down the power button until you hear 3 beeps and let go and it should reset and ask you

to about your HDMI settings
