Welcome to the PlayStation Community.
You don't say what PS3 model you have, however I could be wrong but I don't think it's possible to fix a broken HDMI port on a PS3 by yourself, I think it'll need repairing.
There is no easy way to replace the HDMI port connector on the PS3. If you have to ask, then it is probably beyond your technical ability. You can always send the PS3 to Sony, or a third-party repair shop, for repair. You can also use a PS3 component video cable attached to the multi-out port instead. It will support all video modes except for 1080p (in Blu-ray games and videos). The XBox didn't even have an HDMI port in the original versions, and people didn't miss it that much. The XBox would display 1080p also with a component cable, but that is the only difference.
well i just talking to ps3 costumer service so if ur hdmi port like mine it would take 100$ to ship it in to them and fix it so what ima do it with that 100$ i would of give them hold it sell my ps3 for like 150 and buy the a new ps3 so i can get warrenty on the new one....
