I was wondering is there any new firmware update going to release at the end of the month. Because I am scared to download the 3.50 firmware version for my 160gb slim?

Just go with the update. I have a phat and I have never had a problem with an update yet. Touch wood!

My PS3 started to freeze while playing Dead Space after the store update last week, now im worried the next store update will be my PS3's last. Is it worth a broken PS3 just for a new demo?
