before i start describing my problem, i am very tech savy and read up on YLOD. i know how to disemble the PS3 and done so many times.
anyways, i got a PS3 with a YLOD. my first thought (and from sources) that it might be overheating so i disembled it, cleaned the fan and heat sink, and the problem still persist.
nothing is wrong with the motherboard (i think) and i am currently disembling it again as i am writing this. heres some additional info:
fan test works
fan and heat sink clear of dust and obstruction
upon powering the PS3, blue light flickers while the yellow LED shows (with 3 beeps)
i have another PS3 (same exact model) that recently had 2 YLOD but was fixxed (on its own).
any support?

why i posted on this forum for support is because i dont have alot of money. and there is no repair shops in my area. im pretty sure if i knew what the problem was maybe i can repair it myself.
here are the screenshots i am taking for support.

If it is not overheating it is either your power supply or the solder under the RSX chip. Also you need new thermal paste!
