What should I do ?

I have the new ps3 super slim  and they wrote on my screen the file system is corrupted they said press x and it was my only option then it was loading and it took me 12 hours to reach 50% then it restarted  and took me back to the beginning of loading what should I do ?

The file system restoration doesn't always work.  It might work, depending on how much, and in what way, the data is corrupted.  If it takes that long, then we can safely assume that it won't work.  In that case your only option is to boot the PS3 in safe mode (https://support.us.playstation.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1488/kw/PS3%20Safe%20Mode), and use the Restore PS3 System option.  You will lose whatever data is on the hard drive, but if the file system restore doesn't work, then you lost it already anyway.  At least you will be able to use your PS3 after that.  If the Restore PS3 System option doesn't complete either, then your hard drive has probably failed, and you should replace it.

Um I went to the safe mode and I chose rebuild data its stuck on the preparing data thing

and I have the ps3 since a couple of months ago

I don't know what is going on with it

That doesn't surprise me.  If the file system restore operation does not work, then the rebuild database option has no chance of working either.  I told you that you needed the Restore PS3 System option.
