Easy question here. I am sending my ps3 in for repair to sony,it is under warranty. got my fed ex box and all that stuff. just wanted to know. do i need to delet credit card info before shipping it off to b fixed? do i need to deactivate my ps3 or leave it activated? i know i need to back up saved game files if i want to keep them. all in all i just need to know what things i need to do delet if any, just dont want someone to end up getting my info and stuff like that, because i think i read somewhere that they might send back my original ps3 that i purchased or it could b a refurbished one. sorry to go on such a rant just wanted to send it off today before i miss the fed ex drop off time. hope i get a quick reply from someone that might know.

Your credit card information isn't stored on the actual PS3 but on Sony's servers, yes you should deactivate the PS3, chances are unless you specifically request your original PS3 back you'll get a refurb in return.
