I purchased and downloaded "The Cave" a few days ago for my son. He's been playing it with one or two minor mishaps, but today he got to a point where the game froze.
He tried the same part with different characters, but the game always freezes.
I would like to talk to someone from SONY, but I don't know how to do this.
I live in Argentina and I don't want to call from here (I don't even know if it is possible to call a toll free number from abroad).
Does anyone have a probable solution or an Email address where I can get some official answers?
