I am trying to set up a subaccount for my son. When on the final page and trying to confirm the details I have entered I get error 80023102. Any ideas?

I went through this twice now because I'm an old, memory impaired father. The trick for me was to set up thesecurity questions for the sub account. Those "what's your Mother's maiden name?"a questions.
Once you get an email on the sub account, you have to go in and set the answers. Getting the sub.Account email took a few hours for me.
I hope this helps the other frustrated parents.
