Pulse Wireless Headset Issue

Last night my headset was working fine, today when I turned it on it just didn't sync to the dongle. Now it continues to flash the double blue light until the battery dies. I take very good care of it so I'm confused as to why it wont work. I've tried resetting the dongle but no dice. Any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried resetting the headset itself by turning it off, holding down mute, vss and mode and turning it back on while still holding those buttons in? I have the same headset. Hope that works for you.

Im having the same issue. I can reset the usb reciever but my headset wont stop blinking even when powered off! Help PLease!
