Usually when you load up a new page in the browser, it asks if you approve the plug-in and gives you the option to never have this message asked again.  Well, I didn't approve the plug-in because I did not want to be bothered with the load time, just wanted the text. Thing is, I clicked the option to never have the message asked again. Now, I have no access to any video that pops up anywhere, main example is YouTube. I've rebooted my system, and also tried again days later, still no videos load and the question doesn't come back, unlike the javascript confirmation. What can I do to get this plug-in back? I can make a new name for the internet but the bookmarks aren't transferable.

This mistake will cost you your bookmarks in any case.  At minimum you will need to use the Restore Default Settings command under System Settings, and then restart the PS3.
