No video GLOD(green light of death)

Well my problem is I have no video so I looked online and even practiced on a junk board. I removed the heat shields for both the gpu and cpu and reflowed both of them. Well before I took the heat spreader off of the cpu I would have video just the fans would kick into high gear after a few seconds and would cut off to a blinking red light. Well after I got the heat shield off the cpu and did everything the way its supposed to be but now I have no video it just cuts on to a solid green light. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this or why it does this?
