My PS3 is refusing to read blu ray movies or PS3 games, I was in the middle of watching For Your Eyes Only, and it suddenly froze, I ejected it and put it back in and it refused to read it at all, tried other blu rays same thing happened, tried a PS3 game again same problem, still reads regular dvds fine though.

If it still reads DVDs, the it isn't a disk transport problem.  Most likely the laser for Blu-ray media has failed.  The drive needs to be repaired or replaced.

Happened to me, needs to be sent in for repair. Make sure to backup all data before you send it in
