This firmware is a piece of crap. It bricked my PS3 Slim and so I had no choice but to return it. Thank God for Costco and that is why I will always be their customer. They know what customer service is, they know how to treat a customer, they know that over the lifetime of me being a member, I will spend over 100k during my lifetime with them.
On the other hand, Sony is the opposite. Rather than own up to the issue, they choose to attack the end user and state its your fault and that its my network that caused the problem. Instead offering to repair it free of charge, I was told I had to pay 99.00 service fee. Really, I did not cause the problem, the firmware cause the problem. Worked fine prior to 4.30 but the update, caused my device to just not boot up anymore.
i know this has nothing to do with this but i really need some help so i was trying to buy a game and put my card in and i put the wrong address in like 5 times and they charged me a dollar each time and come to find out someone i know changed my address on my card will they give me my money back
CAN THE NEXT UPDATE PLEASE INSTALL THE DOWNLOADS IN THE BACKGROUND!!! sorry for the caps, but yeah. it would be nice. The new store also removed the xmb menu when the ps button is pressed and the sidebar should have a control easy access button to press to get back to it like the left trigger. the right one could be used to travel right. or use the circle button. the ps store looks great over all.
That would be a miracle if they alphabetized the xmb. SONY LISTEN TO YOUR COSTUMERS!!!
