i had 2 ps3s in the past that broke. I got a third but i cant download anything because i need to deactiviate another one. But they are broken.mplease help

Sign in to the Sony Entertainment Network web site (www.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com) with your PSN account, and then use this link (https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/cam/devices/device-media-list.action).  On the right in the box labeled Game there is an arrowhead pointing down.  Click on that, and a button labeled Deactivate All will appear.  If you click the button, the past console activations will be cleared from your PSN account.  Once you do this, you can't do it again for six months; so make sure only to activate your PS3 with your PSN account.
