I can't log on PSN!!!

Is the PSN down....I tried to log in and got a message saying there was an error and i was signed out of PSN....I tried again and go the same message...now it says SEN is currently undergoing maintaince

That is weird because I am actually able to log on into PSN. I have a reason to why. Maybe your internet isn't connected.
