And that is, FUKC YOU!
yes, that's right. FUKC YOU.
I don't care if I get banned because I wont be using my ps3 anymore anyway. Your update FUKC ruined my FUKCIN ps3. It's not coincidince that it broke down RIGHT after the update. Too many people have the same problem, so I won't fall for your FUKCIN stupid FUKCIN mind games. I have treated my ps3 with lots of care since I bought it several years ago, never dropped it, never played it more than 4 hours at a time, good ventillation. All I get with the service rep is "too bad so sad" well FUKC YOU.

Im sorry that your PS3 broke, but the update didnt kill your PS3.
How hard is it tha you and other ppl dont understand that the hardware in your PS3 malfunctions, and when the update comes along it just helps show you that your PS3 is broke.
See all the update does is download software that talks with the hardware, if that piece of hardware is not working right, then the update just shows that the hardware is broken.
For example, just recently my PS3 bluray drive motor died, i knew it died because it will no longer play dvds, games or blurays. I havent updated yet knowing im going to get the error screen of death if i update, so now im trying to get as much fun from the downloadable games i have on my PS3.
Im not going to blame sony if the update causes the screen of death. I have the basic understanding that my PS3 is like any other piece of hardware i own and after a certain amount of time, can fail. Also i chose not to update to a new PS3 ether because i mostly play games on my pc rather then consoles, but thats the choice i made.
I had the old fat 40gig PS3, and it lasted me years of enjoyment, i took care of it just like you, but the ps3 is not ment to last forever. My PS3 lasted longer them most computers i have had, along with dvd, vhs and other players. But the thing is hardware only lasts for so long before failing.

Exactly, I think you've roughly summarized what I would have stated.
