Hi my user account has been hacked!
Some one has added founds to my wallet and bought a game and it wasn't me!!!!!
How can I have the desired support to this case??
If you can still get into your account, change your password and access email IMMEDIATELY.
Then call Sony and explain the situation to them. They should be able to issue you a refund for the purchase made, but it's not guaranteed.
