I purchased Just Cause 2 in Playstation Store and it downloaded. Now my problem is, when I install it as soon as it gets to 4% installed it says Error has occurred. PLEASE HELP!!!!

There was a data error in the download.  The PS3 doesn't check downloads for errors until they are installed.  All you can do is to delete it and download it again.  If this keeps happening then something is wrong with your Internet connection, or home network, that is causing data errors in downloads. PCs and mobile devices usually compensate for such errors, but the PS3 does not.  You would need to work with your ISP to find and correct the source of the errors. Sony is not responsible for your inability to download content purchased in the Playstation Store, due to the quality of your Internet connection.
