I saw a few posts from people that didn't know how to format a larger volume NTFS drive to FAT32.
This is done at the command prompt.

Use SwissKnife. Unless you have windows 7, then it doesn't work.
By the way, this is in no way the right board for this post. Just sayin

Use Fat32Formatter.
Its free. Google it, its a small app and it works on ALL windows OS without compatibility mode. Plug in your external disk before starting the app.
Win7, Vista and Xp can only format fat32 into 32gig partition.
