Error when installing large file games (Error 80029564)

HELP!

Why is it that everytime I try and install a large file game (Over 1GB) then I always get this error message "An error occured during the install operation (80029564)". I have tried deleting and re-downloading again which still ends up giving me the same error.

There was an instance where I downloaded the same game 2wice (Showing 2 install icons for the game) and it installed correctly finally, but the next time I turned on my PS3 it was deleted and I had a bunch of corrupted files on my HD.

This only happens with large file games (Saints Row 2, Ratchet & Clank). I am able to install other games just fine (Jet Set Radio, Double Dragon).

Can someone tell me why this is happening ans how can i fix this?!?!

Go into Safe Mode and use the Restore File System and Rebuild Database commands to check for errors on your hard drive. Ignore the warning about corrupted data.

OK, First I should say,
This is not a prob with the game or your system! It's a server issue!
After 2 hours downloading the add on I tried to install but always stopped at 14% & gave a

"Corrupt File" Error & an error code! "80029564" But any way, Here is what I did to fix the prob!

1- Do NOT delete the file!

2- Check your setting to make sure "Scan for media server" Is turned off!
( You can turn it on again after!)

3- Download the file again from PS Store ONLY!
NOT FROM YOUR TRANSACTION LIST ON PS3! EVEN THOUGH THE ERROR TELLS YOU TO!!!! &

Just sit & suffer until it's done!

4- Do NOT allow the screen saver to come on!
Just hit a button on the controller every 5 min's or so!

5- After the download completes, You should have no prob installing!
Remember to try installing the NEW Download! NOT the Old Corrupt one!

6- After install has completed, You may turn on "Scan for Media Server" again (In Your Settings) &

delete the Corrupt file that didn't work! (RE-Step 1 )

Well I had downloaded it 2wice before and it did install, but after a day it became corrupt again...ill try your way though!

I ALWAYS download in the background....u think that could be the reason why?

YES! Large file have been do'n this a lot on PS3 in the last month or so! everytime I have this prob I fix it following my above instruction & works fine!

So i tried NOT downloading in the background and it STILL happened (I downloaded a recent game, Sonic Adventure 2)...I had downloaded it and the install fill gave me the error, so I had downloaded again without deleting the first one, and this time it worked! BUT I knew the next day it would erase and show a corrupted file WHICH IT DID! So now I am downloading it over again! ARRRGH!! This is SO ANNOYING!!

Any more suggestions??
