I just started recieving this message yesterday. I have tried all of the above fixes and none of worked. I was just online 2 days ago and now i am getting the 80710092 error. I have Comcast internet wired and wireless are not working. please help!!

I get the ip address but not connecting to the Internet and says that the server timed out help me please

Had this exact same problem.  Simply turn off your wireless router, turn off your playstation, turn on your router, and then the playstation.  It should automatically reconnect.

I've had this issue the last few days, I have another PS3 running simultaneously next to mine without issue.

I'm using cable he's using wireless, yet only I get this error message.

Any ideas?

At least I am not alone, but what the h e l l is going on????? I can connect to the internet...I have NAT 2, I have tried every other *$*$&% in thing...and I still cannot do game updates (got two for christmas that I cannot play because of this crap! The system is a month old and was working fine until yesterday! Has anyone heard any answers that work?

Ihave done everything it told me to do and nothing works iContacted my internet service provider and nothing worked yet someone help!!
