Download Stuck at 60%, keeps changing from "Downloading" to "Pending"

Anybody know how to fix this? I really don't wanna start over and download over again, it took me so long to get to 60%, I don't wanna do it again.

Press triangle on the download and go to pause play a game for like 20 minutes or maybe less I don't know and exit and resume it
