As the title says. I have a 10mbps connection that works fine on my computer but when I try to stream on my ps3 it keeps pausing to retrieve A LOT. How can I fix this?
I have a belkin n150 router too, f7d5301 v3

When you say the computer works fine, I assume that means that you can stream Netflix movies to your computer with no problem. Is your PS3 connected to the network by cable, or wirelessly? I assume it is wireless, otherwise the PC and the PS3 should have the exact same network performance. If it is wireless, then you should be aware of the fact that even though you have a wireless N router, the PS3 only supports wireless G networking. The PS3 will work with your router, but it won't be any faster than it would be with a G router. If your computer supports wireless N, or is cabled, that alone would explain the difference in performance. Netflix streaming will work fine with wireless G networking, but you will need a pretty good signal. You may need to relocate the PS3, or the router, to improve the performance. You could also use a wi-fi range extender (NetGear makes them) to improve the signal. If the PC and the PS3 are both using Ethernet cables, then I can think of no reason why the Netflix streaming would be different, unless the PS3's cable is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Yea it shouldn't be any different than your computer
But I have been streaming Netflix on my PS3 through my phone's hot spot (recently moved, service will be back on shortly) and it worked pretty well until the other day. Of course, your network and my phone's network is two different things. But I just notice a couple of pauses going on that didn't happen the other day.
