Last Wednesday I haven't been able to connect to psn on my ps3. I have full internet connection and whenever I do an internet connection test it always fails to connect to playstation network. Please help

¤ Welcome to the forums. In order to help you we will need a bit more info. Were you able to connect to it before last wednesday? Is anything else failing during the connection test?  Is your connection automatic or did you manually input the conection settings?  Are you able to browse the internet?  Are you connecting through a router?

Please give us some more info so we can help you further

I cannot connect either.  I have full internet connection, ethernet cord plugged in internet works perfect on ps3 but since the new upgrade i haven't been able to connect. Playstation Store pops up then logo then looks like it begins to load then error screen pops up saying 'An error has occurred with the application. To continue, please press the PS button to close the application. After ou close the application, you can select the application icon to launch the application again.' I did and still no luck. Tried deleting the ps store icon then re-installing still same error message. Please help i don't want to lose faith in Sony...
