I've been trying to buy one game for past last two hours!!!!! Everytime I try to get into my cart to purchase it tells me an error has occurred no number nothing just that. I'm really **bleep** off! What's the point of upgrading to a new platform that you have to get by the way since it come with the new upgrade for the console and it DOESN'T WORK!!!!!?????!!!!
Anyone else having this issue and do you know how to fix it? Already did a reinstall had the same problem

I'm having the same issue right now. I kept getting "An error has occurred." when I was trying to add a game to my cart. Now that I finally got it to the cart, I can't access the dang thing because it says "An error has occurred." on that now too! Welp, guess Sony doesn't want money. Going to gamestop.

I figured it out, frustrating as all get out, but just spam the X button on Cart. It took about 5 minutes and it finally loaded, then spam Checkout, which lasted for about 10 minutes. Last but not least, Spam Confirm check-out. After about 5 minutes or so it started coming up instantly with an error. I went to transaction history and it showed that it went through. Hope it helps.

Same problem here .... I tried what you said , last step for buying portal 2 . I had problemes too with funding my wallet with a prepaid credit card , "An error has occured. (2)" and it charged me 1$ fee everytime I tried.... I hope they will fix this. Since Tuesday when Black Ops 2 has been released My playstation Store is always bugging,
Update : Portal 2 is now loading , Solution is "working".

now the content cannot be purchased at this time, took my money!,but no options to download game ...
Downloading game via Account Management from PS3. Total time to purchase and install (still installing) game to my console 4hrs and counting. This is ridiculous Sony's lucky I couldn't find this game in stock someplace else.

Mine's doing the same thing. I'm trying to download the Crackle app, but every time I try to access my cart, it just pops up "An error has occurred".
It's been doing this for three days now.

Having the same issue. I have been able to get one game to download after several attemps but only that one. It now just keeps giving me the "An error has occurred". does anyone know what this is? Has anyone from Sony answered anyone's inquiry?
