My question is: when Call of Duty Black Ops 2 appears on the EU Store? I want to play it but my drive crashed and so is the last chance to play the game: THE DOWNLOAD.

Which date is the release date of COD Black Ops 2?

Blacks Ops 2 won't necessarily ever be in the Playstation Store.  Only a small percentage of PS3 games released on Blu-ray have been made available in the Playstation Store.  All PS Vita games are available in the Playstation Store, but that isn't true for any other Sony console.  Check the Playstation Blog for the EU for announcements of future full PS3 games in the EU Playstation Store.

I'm not that familiar with the EU Store, but Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops were added to the Playstation Store here shortly after release; so I see no reason why Black Ops 2 wouldn't be added to the Playstation Store in the near future.
