See if any of your other games have this same problem, if not check to see if the AC3 disc is damaged....

well i had nothing but problems with my AC3 and only AC3 so i sold the game to EB games and got at least some of my money back... personaly I will never buy a Microsoft product so Xbox is outa the question also they have too high of a failure rate, where as my 40 and 120GB PS3's run just fine. GAME DEVELOPERS get off your but and produce a game we can play!

Microsoft fixed their failure rate issues years ago. I have several of their systems for years and not had a problem...
