You expect them to regulate content for services they don't run. next you expect them to fix APPLE Itunes servers or Activison MW3 servers or EA servers. No they don't.
just like Amazons instant film service and the Prime member contentt.
It was the complaints on the direcTV forum that got directv to allow refunds.
Nothing to do With posting here or SCEA...

Funny that I emailed Sony and was refunded by Sony, then, isn't it?

They contacted directv like every one else who got a refund on ther forums, Directv issued the refund.
Sony wont be paying you.
When SCEA issue refunds It takes weeks for the transaction to be reversed... Not hours.

As awesome as a refund is, I'd find it more awesome to hear that play station and direct tv FIXED the problem and I could now watch without any problem.
Rught now it would just be nice to hear they are working on it and near a solution. But beyond this forum I don't see any help for those of us that paid for the money for the service.

I totally agree. I'm glad to have my money back. But I'd be even happier to be able to watch my Seahawks every week. It's totally pathetic that two entities like Sony and DirecTV can't pull this off given their resources.
Thank goodness for first row sports.
