Although I'm not a facebook fan, but for those who are, this is a good integration.
Definitely well played. This update is going in the right direction. I think they have the right idea in integrating services with facebook.
Perhaps a facebook Home space?
I am pretty confident they are working on the in-game cross chat, I just think they are trying to solve an issue between Home and the in-game cross chat. Home has to have the capability of utilizing the feature. When Home launched, you were able to talk to anyone in anyspace, perhaps that was Sony's way of testing their voice chat system.
Lets us just be patient guys. Sony great job on this update.

Honestly it's something that needs to happen soon but you all can mark my words it will be out by the new year, it will be a suprise but it WILL happen.
Also I think you have it confused in what you all want. You want a party system wich includes cross game invites, chat, text and joining so think about what they are trying to do and cut them some slack.
