psone durability

my friend was at my house and I dropped his psone about 2-6 inches approx. I want to know if it will still work so I don't owe him money for a new one of=r the cost of repairs. I am a worry wort and would like a reply asap!!!

I have the older ps1 console and it's been pulled off the table it's on numerous times. I'm still using it without troubles at all!

It probably is o.k. My experience has shown that both the PSX and the PS1 are rugged little machines and can put up with alot of abuse(though I don't recommend abusing them TOO much!).
