Re: Who's Gona Trade For The PSP GO!!

Jun 3, 2009

No offense but unless blue tooth and/or ultra-portability is a big thing for you, why would you do that?  The screen is smaller and the older PSP can download from PSN just as easily as the Go.  Spend some of that $250 that you are willing to dish out on a memory card and then watch as UMDs drop in price enough for you to get a lot more game for you buck.

Seriously, I'm not sure if this is the best idea.  The competition isn't that smaller than the older psp model and is marketted to kids (let's be completely honest here and call the "casual gamer" what it truly is...kid and family friendly).  Kids don't have a credit card so they can't order online.  Kids don't have $250 to shell out for Go.    If this is suppose to be the answer to the competition, then I think Sony missed the mark.

No, I think I'll stay with my psp phat. It works just fine for me, and I'll just wait until they make a psp 2. Plus I want to have games in hand not dl them.

I think I will, I like the idea of having all my content right there in my hand as opposed to disk swaping while in the car or anywhere for that matter. though, I might just wait, i would love to see an orange one come out. possibly one with a bit more memory to it. also I want to try it and see how it handels myself before switching, it looks unnappealing but it might grow on me. also I know for a fact that its going to be a joy when we get that ad hock party or whatever it is on PS3. (if theres some kind of voice chat feature that is)

I'm not on the fence, I'm wondering if i shoud get on it you know? its very appealing, but to my knowelge I will have to buy all new psp games, which isnt a problem really since i dont play the thing very much anyway, so i suppose i could start at ground zero with the PSP again, and it would be nice to play MGS: Peace Walker on a new system rather than my clunky 1000 series, I just don't know yet, But its a long way to Oct 1.

Sorry for being grammer police but your reply is so hard to read.  Only capitalize letters at the beginning of a sentance or when typing company or peoples names.  You don't capitalize the beginning of every word when you type.

Smaller screen, buttons seem to be too close, costs $250, plays same games as any other PSP. No thanks.
