Have you activated your PC on your account? Do you have enough memory? Actually refer to http://us.playstation.com/support/index.htm for errorcodes. It says the file you downloaded may be corrupted. To fix this, delete and redownload the file again via media go and hopefully it works correctly.

You may mean activate my psp to my account.. well I tried but since my psp is from hong kong (psp 3006), there is no option for me to activate it... and yes, I have enough memory for the game. already tried redoanloading, still the same error.

Do you live in Canada by any chance? There seems to be some sort of glitch the the Canadian PSN.

I'm having the same issue. I've done EVERYTHING that I've seen suggested in various forums. I activated my PSP, I updated Media Go, I've downloaded the game twice. I'm currently downloading a demo to try. I'm in Afghanistan, so it takes forever to download stuff out here.

I noticed when I download a game or demo off of PSN on to my PC and if I am not connected online when I try to install the game on my PSP I get an error code. Being connected solves the problem.

Fuzzygamer1776 is correct. Media Go must be able to connect to the Playstation Store in order to transfer a game to a PSP, unless the game was backed up to Media Go from the same PSP previously. The reason is that a license file specific to the PSP has to be created as part of the transfer process, and Media Go has to communicate with the Playstation Store in order to do that. If the game was backed up to Media Go from a PSP previously, then Media Go will already have the license file stored for that PSP.
