Where is facebook for sub-accounts on PS3? I can see the icon for all my accounts but for that ones that are sub-accounts I'm not able to find it.

Hey Yevon,

Unfortunately you cannot link your Facebook to a Sub Account at this time, which is why you can only find it on your Master accounts.

no facebook is mostly for adults. I know teenagers use it alot, like me but Sony is very strict with sub accounts so many features of the PSN get blocked.

thats really unfair....i had an acct that i linked with my husbands a long time ago and i cant do the facebook thing bc it made mine a sub acct

My wife has the same problem now because her acct is a sub account. Thanks for thinking this one thru guys. Why have parental control settings if you are just going to determine these things for us?

Not only that but i bought the playstation and created an account, then made a new one which i only use. So i wanted to make that the master but they still haven't done anything about changing subs to masters somehow and i know that plenty of people want to be able to do this but they never listen.. i feel as though sony is trying to be my parent when we don't need them to be maybe they should have a parental control option and the parent who buys it and wants the option says yes and sets it up then the people who do not need them can say no and freely do what they want withought father sony looking over our shoulders making our decisions for us. Then i can make my master accounts what i want and connect to my facebook as i please

just found this while searching and want to bump it. Sony needs to open up all of its features to sub accounts OR allow the master account holder to give access to those features not currently allowed OR give the master account holder the ability to make the sub account a master account.
