I use TwonkyMedia and Orb on a HP ex 475 home server and that covers everything I need it to do. Orb is slow when it starts but works with about everything.
I also use a Buffalo Linkstation live with the server it comes with and it works well with the Ps3. They have a deal on refurb linkstations for 60 bucks here http://www.shopatbuffalotech.com/cart/product.php?
If anyone gets a linkstation don't mess with the firmware if it works. All it takes is to forget to disable your firewall and it will kill it when you upload the firmware.
I like TVersity, especially how I can stream SiriusXM radio, But I plan on buying this D-Link Network Attached Storage device
Im saving up to buy (2) 1TB drives and run them in RAID 0
I had the dlink DSM-G600 and it was very unreliable. After you get it working it would be ok when using it at that time but let it set over night and come bact to use it it never worked.
The ftp server was the same hit and miss always resetting it everytime you want to use it. Don't know if the DNS-323 is that way or not.
I had better luck with the linkstation live that replace the dlink and even better is the HP home server.
The HP server sounds like it cost too much but add up what the dns-323 is with the drives and you are close. The server works and does way more than the NAS.
The DNS-323 1.06 firmware is comming out soon and will have better support for the PS3.
