I have seen box shots of both of these before, Neoprime666, but beyond that I know nothing about them. If anyone here has played them and would like to share information, please feel free to do so!
It's alot similar to Daisenryaku, but....
-you can attack more than once in battle
-if you run farther than you traval speed you can't attack
-all units are faced one way, no changing directions Grand Strategy
-you fight with multiple nations but their fictional
-most of the weapons are from USA and Russia
-nations like germany and france still keep their vehicles but mostly have Russian units(fictional world)
-one thing I like about this game is that gimping nations to make other look good isn't as bad as Daisenryaku, they even make tanks like the Leclerc even better stats over the M1A1(which makes since), same with the Leopard 2A5, they still gimp the T-80/90, but not like Daisenryaku.
-theres also advanced units like F-22 Raptors, New Generation Panzer, RAH-66, Mi-28N, A-12, F-23, Su-37, Yak-141, X-29, Su-32FN.
-it has general stats in some areas(tanks all move at 6), and therefore it's a tad simplistic
-troops can be loaded on some tanks
-also you can upgrade your base
-soldiers capture cities similar to Daisenryaku Perfect or Advance Wars
-you fight with similar units as Daisenryaku land, air and sea units
I'll put more stuff later.
Cool! Thanks for the details so far!
Some of the later M1A1 variants such as the HA (Heavy Armor) variants which added a layer of Depleted Uranium armor or later ones are better than the Leclerc in most areas except for vehicle weight (Leclerc is one of the lightest MBTs used by NATO) and operational range but not in many other areas (particularly armor) but I could go on and on about this so I won't.
Good to have you back again, Desert_Archer! We've missed you as of late. Hope you and every other community member had a happy and safe Thanksgiving.
Bumpety Bump Bump, Bumpety Bump Bump....
Figured that would go well with the "Christmasy" theme going on here.
