Good populated RTS game?

I am trying to find an RTS game that has a good population to where I will always be able to find a game.

There haven't been a whole lot of real time strategy games on the PS3. There's Tom Clancy's EndWar, but that was released a few years ago, so most likely the online numbers aren't what they used to be.
