I recently scored a ps3, and I'd like to find some games that my wife would also enjoy. She's into puzzles and problem solving stuff....no shooters/bloody violence. I realize the game market is limited as it's still a newer system, but if anyone can think of any good titles (either retail or online options!) please let me know!

I hear that Echochrome is a good puzzle, and if you've either got a PS2 or if your PS3 is backwards computable then Lumines is a good game that even has multi player so you can play with your wife.

My fiancee, she loved playing Sudoku on the PS3, I've never seen her so addicted to puzzle gaming since Tetris! I THINK you can still purchase it from the PS Store, but I haven't actually checked it lately.
With that said, I would recommend that for your wife. If the free starter demo is still available, download that first. And if she's head over heels for it, go ahead and purchase the rest (easy, medium, hard)!
Can't go wrong with Buzz! Games and Go! Puzzle. Both great games should should get any gamer interested. Might want to wait for Buzz! Qui TV for PS3 since it is not out yet.
Also, welcome to the forums!!
