oh, and sometimes i do around 5-7 pull-ups

man, i wanna be kinda strong, but how do i get there...

Slowly.  You start out doing 15 push ups every night.  Then next week increase to 20, so on, so forth.  Do sit ups and stuff.  It comes in time, I'd give it a month before you really see and feel results.  Maybe less though.

sorry, but are sit-ups the same as curl-ups?:smileysurprised:

i'm Russian, stop laughing at me...:smileyvery-happy:

Um... not sure what curl ups are, but they sound the same.  They work your abdominal muscles.

sorry man, but that has to be one of the worst workout plans i have ever seen in my life.  i hope to god you don't do that every day, too. if you do, though, you're overtraining... by a lot. and by overtraining the results are actually counter productive. also, how come you're completely neglecting your back//legs?

pretty much everyone's workout routine is like yours, too. if you want to see the best results, do either a split routine or a full body routine. one of the best routines for beginners can be found here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=750551
but remember, the most important part in seeing the best possible results is your diet.

I go to my school gym about 5 times a week and do different workouts. We don't really have a routine, but it usually consists of Bench, Squat, Shrugs, Curls, Pulldowns, quickness drills, dips, and ocasionally other things.
