ever thought of being a personal trainer?

lol, thats like my old workout plan

anyways....

I go to the gym about 6 days a week and spend about 2 and a half hours there. I do mostly weight lifting now but I use to weigh 252 pounds and now im 214 pounds. I do about 25-45mins cardio, Weight lifting for my age i would consider above average. (Im 16). I can benchpress 4 sets 225pounds so above my weight. My dumbell curls are kidna week i stay around 35-40 pounds 4 sets. Well i mostly do 4-5sets on everything. I do other weight lifting stuff too but idk the name of it or the machine. My warmup is 60 squats no weights and 2-sets of 50 push ups, then 2-sets 35 situps and.. i cant remember the rest but yeah I do a lot since basically im there for 2 and a half hours.

Sunday:  8 mile run, relatively easy, sub 7:00 mile pace.
Monday:  6-8 400s on the track at 70 seconds or better.
Tuesday:  Easy distance run, 5-8 miles.
Wednesday:  8 200s on the track, 35, 35, 33, 33, 29, 28, 27, 27
Thursday:  Distance run.
Friday:  Easy run to prep for a meet on Saturday
Every night:  160 crunches (legs all the way in the air); 100 crunches (legs closer to the ground);  35 leg lifts;  75 push-ups.

We had a really similar track workout this week, I too have a meet saturday.

Awesome.  What are you running? I'm actually probably not running.  I sprained my ankle on Tuesday.  It's minor, but the coach might save me for a big meet on Tuesday.

Its a relay meet, so i'm on the 4x400 and 4x800 relays.  I'm first leg and last leg, respectively, so that's kinda gonna suck.  Usually more of a mile runner.  But if you were to run sat, what would you be doing?

I'm the token middle distance runner of my team.  I would first lead of the Distance Medley Relay and run the 1200.  Then lead off the 4x800 team, then maybe a 4x400.  In dual meets I do the 1600, 800, 4x400.  I would do the mile in the DMR, but out of respect my coach gives it to a senior.

Slowly.  You start out doing 15 push ups every night.  Then next week increase to 20, so on, so forth.  Do sit ups and stuff.  It comes in time, I'd give it a month before you really see and feel results.  Maybe less though.
