what is your daily workout routine?

I come home right after school. Make myself a fruit smoothie, Todays consisted of Raspberrys, Banana's, Strawberrys, Mango's and grape Juice. then..
(I box and play Hockey btw)
I start out with 30 Situps
then right from there, 5 pushups,
Then Lift 25-30 pounders, 10 curls.
then shadowbox/breather.
Skip for 2 minutes straight
Then 20 sit ups,
10 pushups
10 curls with the 25/30 pndrs
20 more situps, (so thats 50 so far)
10 pushups.
and so on.. (you get the picture..)

I equal out to 100 sit ups, 100 pushups, 100 curls Daily.
Should I Up it to 200 a day?

what abouts yours, Be precise, like mine up there ^^^^^

100 is probably good enough.  I just lift weights, no real routine, but I do it everyday....that's all.

Wake up roll over a couple of times
lay there till it either stops being a bed or i have go to the bathroom
turn on the tv, turn off the fan.
walk into the other room turn on the computer
walk into the kitchen make some cookies
walk back to look at computer
walk back to eat the cookies and some milk
go back to bed and play video games
walk out and get the mail and paper
go back to bed and take a nap till dinner
 
it's a gruelling regimen but well worth the effort

My workout is simply, just getting off the computer and getting a walk outside.
Watch out! House is about ready to hit you with his cane...

Try to lift everyday but don't get to it everyday.
 
Try to do 75 sit-ups, push-ups, and 5 sets of 15 benchpresses
