spider man should be charged with littering

think about it...all those all those spider webs that he leaves all around newyork city on buildings and in the streets would total up to a whole bunch of spidey web residue...(for people wondering...yes i have alot of time on my hands)

Well, yea, but then again he does save the city. That'd be like charging superman for leaving dirty laundry in the phone booths, but I suppose other people leave worse things in there.

I rememebr reading in a Spidey quiz book that his web dissolves in 2hours or 2days.

As stated earlier, the web does dissolve after a short period of time.  So don't you worry, the city is still safe.
