quick question about jobs

lets just say, hypothetically, that a job treats its employees like **bleep**, total and utter **bleep**, what are some things said employee can do once all other options have been taken from talking to managers, upper managers, and keep in mind that this is a privately owned place so theres really no corporate

its minimum wage and ill deffinitly see if the BBB can do anything about this certain situation

Are you part of a union? It's required from my brother's job. They just take the fee out of his pay check. If you are I would just call them and see what they can do about it. Don't know what else if that fails.

Just quit. You can fight it, but in the end they will just find some other reason to fire you... Besides, why would you WANT to continue working at a place that treats you like crap? Especially for low wages?
