Explain what you want a little better.  Do you mean something like this?

mke it diagonol and we're good

Ohh, diagonal, I read horizontal for some reason.  Do you want each letter to be positioned upward or tilted?  If you want them to be upward, you can just set each letter to it's own layer and position them however you want.  Or tilted, like others said, press Ctrl+T to transform and tilt it however far you want.

What i do when i want to make crazy text, is just make each letter on a seperate layer and then move them where i want using the move tool and the arrow keys. you can rotate the letters individually by going to Edit>trnsform>rotate

dude all you have to do is step backward a couple times(edit >stepbackward) till its right side up again. then go to edit>transform>rotate
then once you have the right angle click a tool from the side and a prompt will come up saying "confirm transformation" or something to that extent. select yes and your good to go.

Shortcuts =

Undo - Ctrl+Z
Step Backwards (Undo Further) - Ctrl+Alt+Z
Transform - Ctrl+T

When you have the position you want in Tranform mode, just press Enter to set it, or Esc to exit transform without setting the position.
