panic attacks

what is a good way to get out of them easily im on the verge of about 3 from claustrophobia stress and anxiety
my room was recently cleaned so much its so closed in and its making me freak out
my medicine for the flu after effects makes me really irritable and i cant stand my house so thats another facotr..

way too early for me to sleep ive tried clearing my head and a buncha other crap comes running through from other stress

Listen to some calming music.
Go to a friend's house.
Sleep.
Take in deep breaths and let them out slowly. (Do that now actually)
Take a hot shower.

breathing helped so far but i cant go to any friends no one has called me in weeks and would involved riding in the car with my mom who i dont get along with
