That sucks, and I'm sorry if this makes me a bad person, but not knowing how old he is and the fact that he is crying over two imaginaries conflicting visits makes me crack up.
Comfort him in any way, shape or form possible. If all else fails, just do as you normally would, put the Santa presents out, and switch his tooth for the quarter/dollar/jar of pudding (convince him first to try it anyway and put his tooth under the pillow)
Then the next morning say "See, they both came" and he'll be happy.
