is this illegal and would it work

ok i have a macbook and my school has g5s
and there is a cupple apps on there i want and scince u can easly install stuff on mac just drag and drop
so could i just put a app on my psp then copy it on my macbook and put it into my apps folder
would it run

im not sure if you could put the apps on your psp unless you just stored them in teh memory, then you could put them on the mac, but what apps are we talking about

and apps like
apple works
photoshop
ect.

I think you need the .dmg files to install them....if you have them so yes you can but if you just copy the shortcut,It doesn't work.

Well it depends on the type of program it is.  For instance, if you wanted to copy Photoshop, you would need to locate and copy all of its extensions and plugins for it to work, which is why it needs a .dmg file.  However, if you want a simple file for a program that does not need a .dmg (such as firefox, for example, or safari).  Even iLife programs don't usually need a .dmg file.  So in essence, yes you probably could do that.
