Yeah, anytime you workout you should only do it every other day.  A lot of younger teens don't understand that concept.

I do about 50 a day leg extensons and crunches ..it will help

thats really if its to strenuous.... i can do 75 no problem.... now if i push myself and do say 200 situps... i dont do them for a couple days....

Come to my atheletics class, slack off, and have one of the coaches yell at you and call you a fatass.
By an ab lounge my one of my friends has one they work good

I used to do 80-100 situps every other day.

Just do that plus 20 push ups. You'll be looking good in no time.

i do 50 situps every night 25 Push ups everynight well except weekends
