i dont got one well sort of but not really but just do like 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
sit ups and you'll get one

DO NOT do your workout every single day. Your muscles need a day between each workout to rest. Just do 75-100 sit ups every other day. I know this sounds silly, but another thing that actually helps is sucking your gut in. It helps build muscle in that area. Suck your gut in for 15-30 seconds, let it rest a sec, and do it again. That's an easy thing that you can do just as you're sitting at the computer or anything.
