Well my user name came from two user names I created on a chat site I used to go on.
Souly and Lolycon (The Y is supposed to be an i)
So whilst creating my PSN account it was going to be Souly. Unforunatly for me it was already taken.
So I added con in it from Lolycon.
And thus my user name Soulycon came to be.
If it was just Soulcon, it would sound like Socom.
@macediggity For once, the origin of someone's ID is exactly what I guessed it was!
Pretty sure there have been several threads on this before, but okay, I'll play along.
Stephie is short for Stephanie. (You'd think that was obvious, but somehow, there are STILL people on Home who ask me what my name is.) Only my sister and DOD can get away with calling me Steph and live, I just don't like it. Rawks because rock is my favorite music genre. The spelling of Rawks came from a band that I was really into in HS/early college, MxPx. They had a song called Punk Rawk Show and I got a tee that said "xxtra loud punk rawk" or something at one of their concerts. That made it unique enough that no one had taken the name at the time...although there is now a StephieRawks on gmail who is definitely not me! :x
Back when I had an Xbox 360 I was trying to give myself an original name instead of the "Sonic" for Xbox Live....Back then, there were two things I was very fond of: Mega Man Starforce 3: Black Ace and the MegaMan Zero version of Zero. So I was like, "Okay how can I combine these two things?" So I said BlackAce, until later I realized how meaningful it is since I am black and an ace at games (unless it is multiplayer shooters....I'm still trying to be better.) And then Zero since I thought it was a cool name and 777 to signify me being a Christian. I also notice that when you break it down into an acronym, it spells out BAZ. So I felt it was very unique all the way around and kept it for every game console I get on and site that is similar to this.
