bittorrent question

8 replies 3 views Edited Mar 15, 2007
I'm downloading some game demos and I downloaded a program that says I need to restart to use it. If I restart my computer will I lose all my peers for bittorrent or will I be able to find them really fast once I connect?

bittorrent is like a download manager for torrents, when you shut it down and then open it it will start for the last time you opened it, example: you were on 39% and the you restart your pc and open bittorrent you will start in 39%

edit: you will lose all the peers but when you reconnect you will gain them back

Well, he's asking whether you will gain them back quickly or not.
